We also agree not to exchange the customers personal information with any outside company unless ordered to by law. We also agree to have only quailifed personnel handle your personal information. The customer agrees to having credit run in the name of the Business applied with, and or his or her personally credit if needed to secure credit. The customer understands that all current credit laws apply and is subject to credit reporting if loan defaults.
